The bridge is mainly a quick sightseeing stop: it is Ljubljana’s “love bridge,” with love locks, riverside views, and sculptural works by Jakov Brdar. It also sits on a historically charged spot once imagined by Plečnik, and it links the market colonnade to the Petkovškovo embankment.
