By charging a subscription, we can provide an ad-free experience and keep improving the service for you.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your customer portal. If you switch from Monthly to Yearly, you’ll immediately unlock unlimited trips and all premium features.

Unlimited trip generations are subject to fair use. This means you can generate as many itineraries as you reasonably need, but automated or abusive usage may be restricted to ensure system stability.

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you’ll keep access until then and won’t be charged again.

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access. Completed itineraries are generally non-refundable. Refunds are processed by Creem.io to your original payment method, and we respond within 3 business days.

We support major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment options depending on your region. Payments are securely processed by our partner Creem.io, which acts as Merchant of Record.
