At Mandro, we aim to provide a high-quality AI-powered trip planning service. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.


1. General Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if:

    • You were charged in error, or
    • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing or using the Service.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Completed itineraries or services already delivered are generally non-refundable.
    • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations unless a clear technical error occurred.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Creem customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@mandro.ai with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with the purchase
  • Order ID (from your receipt)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days.


4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed through our payment partner, Creem.io, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note that Creem reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase to prevent chargebacks, even if this policy states “no refunds.”
