Welcome to Mandro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our AI-powered trip generation service (the “Service”), available via our website mandro.ai and related platforms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country (16 in most jurisdictions, 18 in others). By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Our Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

3. Description of the Service

Mandro provides AI-generated travel itineraries, including recommendations for hotels, tours, and flights.
The Service is for informational and planning purposes only. We do not directly book flights, accommodations, or tours.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

The itineraries and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. We make no guarantees about their accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability.
All travel decisions are at your own risk. Mandro is not responsible for any errors, missed bookings, cancellations, additional costs, accidents, or incidents during your travels.

5. Accounts and Access

  • You may sign up or log in using Google authentication or, in the future, direct email registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and activities.
  • If you believe your account is compromised, contact us at support@mandro.ai.

6. Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you agree that we may process your information as described there, including the rights available under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable laws.

7. User Responsibilities

When using Mandro, you agree:

  • Not to misuse the Service, including attempting to hack, overload, or interfere with our systems.
  • Not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • To provide accurate information when creating trips.

8. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment Processing: Mandro does not process or store your payment card or banking details. All payments are securely processed by Creem.io, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Purchases will appear on your statement as CREEM.IO* STORE.
  • Pricing: Fees for paid features or subscriptions will be displayed clearly before purchase.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a paid plan, you will be billed on a recurring basis until cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the Creem customer portal or by contacting support.

9. Termination

  • You may request deletion of your account and data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Mandro and its owner are not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the Service.
  • We provide the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If you access the Service from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
